Wunderkind is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the International team, where you’ll be responsible for building and executing an ambitious B2B marketing strategy to support Wunderkind’s growth in Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, dynamic marketer to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing company in the midst of global expansion.
You’ll work closely with the Australia Country Manager and based in Sydney, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and define Wunderkind’s local marketing strategy, overseeing the full spectrum of marketing activities, managing the marketing budget, and monitoring ROI to ensure we hit our commercial goals for the region.
You’ll be responsible for planning, organising and executing campaign programmes that capture the imagination of leading eCommerce brands, generating new prospects and advancing existing opportunities for the local sales team. This will include running live events, managing direct mail and digital outreach, and creating localised thought leadership content for promotion via paid and social channels.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Build, manage and deliver marketing campaigns for Australia, ensuring demand gen (SAO/SQL) targets are met through events, digital, direct mail, email, content and other channels
- Raise awareness of Wunderkind in Australia, working with selected content and publisher partners to generate earned and paid media coverage, as well as content download leads
- Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring costs are carefully controlled and optimised to maximise ROI
- Oversee the smooth running of all internal and external events, looking after venue/speaker sourcing, attendee comms, Salesforce campaign setup/reporting, BD briefing and follow-up
- Work closely with our in-house design team to produce assets for Marketing and Sales, ensuring all collateral is compelling, localised appropriately, and brand-compliant
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in channel marketing or product marketing - preferably in B2B digital marketing and/or SaaS companies
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing strategies, as well as successfully executing campaigns to deliver tangible business results
- A strong familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation & sales processes
- Foundational knowledge of the leading digital marketing tools and channels, including CRM platforms and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo
Additional Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing budgets and reporting on KPIs to key stakeholders
- Experience managing or collaborating with PR agencies is beneficial
