Job Description

As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll help us meet revenue goals by primarily providing Customer Success with the learning materials, resources, training, and coaching needed to drive growth and success. You’ll also partner closely with the broader GTM and Services teams.  Develop and execute impactful, data-driven enablement programs that support the full customer value journey, from acquisition to expansion. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will act as a strategic consultant, providing recommendations and plans to help the business reach their goals. In this highly dynamic position, you will be equal parts program manager, content developer, and facilitator.

Basic Requirements:

  • 2+ years leading end-to-end enablement programs for Customer Success or Sales roles or experience in client-facing roles with a passion for program management, upskilling, and training.
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success role in a SaaS organization, with a strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools like Salesforce and Gong, as well as other enablement platforms (Confluence & WorkRamp)

Additional Requirements:

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align enablement initiatives with broader organizational objectives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience designing and delivering complex training programs that educate customer success team members on delivering value to their customers
  • Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to create value messaging and product positioning for CSMs to use effectively in customer conversations
  • Ability to design and develop engaging and interactive training and content using a variety of adult learning modalities and methods
  • Consistent record of impacting revenue outcomes through enablement, based on documented success metrics
  • Experience using authoring tools and content and learning management systems (ie: Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, or WorkRamp)

About You:

  • You are a clear and polished communicator: You can distill complex topics and ideas into something digestible for a wide array of learners, and you can deliver clear and engaging messaging both verbally and in written format (with an eye toward the ways in which you may need to adapt communication approaches for different audiences).
  • You thrive with autonomy. You have experience managing your own projects and prioritize competing demands by assessing data, skill sets, and business and customer needs.
  • You are process-, detail-, and quality-oriented: You find structure in the abstract so that others can more easily learn and understand, balance the details with the big picture, and strive to produce high-quality work for your internal customers.
  • You have Commercial experience: You have been in a client-facing role and understand the pain points reps and clients experience during a client’s lifecycle and have the ability to zoom out to determine where there are enablement opportunities.
  • You can build trust: You work seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders, are able to be nimble, listen to everyone’s needs, and prioritize accordingly.
  • You are documentation-driven: You have a passion for documentation upkeep and maintenance – making it easy and seamless for Learners to get what they need when they need it.
