To join our growing team, we’re currently looking for an intern for our amazing Client Success & Support team based in Barcelona. This internship will provide the opportunity for hands-on experience in a professional setting, as well as the chance to learn from and work with experienced professionals.

You will have a full-time internship position at Benevity and receive the best possible training from our teams. You will be expected to be autonomous and to take responsibilities by learning and proposing new solutions and alternatives to the team. You will be part of a motivated group of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the world. What you'll do: 

After initial training and onboarding, your main objectives will be to support the Client Success (CS) team in creating an exceptional experience for our users and clients. You will collaborate closely with the Client Success and Client Technical Support teams throughout all stages of the client lifecycle.

No, you won’t be doing coffee runs or making photocopies. You’ll be working on meaningful initiatives, just like the rest of us - driven by clear objectives, milestones, and deadlines.

Among other tasks you could be involved in the following activities: 

  • Helping define a success plan with clients and setting metrics to ensure a successful partnership
  • Assisting companies in launching and expanding their employee engagement programs internally
  • Finding creative ways to enhance user engagement on the platform
  • Providing product and platform support to admins and end users
  • Gathering user feedback to drive service improvements
  • Brainstorming new solutions and services with the management team
  • Preparing technical reports based on clients' historical performance
  • Helping clients identify areas for improvement in their corporate social responsibility efforts
  • Supporting in meetings, preparing reports, and discussing steps to further boost engagement with clients
  • Coordinating and facilitating events such as field volunteering, fundraising, and collections, serving as the link between clients and nonprofits

What you'll bring:

  • You DON’T NEED PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE! 
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field
  • Excellent French and English proficiency, especially written. Any other languages are a plus
  • You are confident, you enjoy and thrive in a working environment with a lot of people to be regularly in touch with
  • You are rigorous and pay great attention to details

Also:

  • Provide a Learning Agreement with your university/school/academy
  • Based in Barcelona or open to relocate
  • Available for a 6 month internship on a full-time basis (35h/40h weekly)
