We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and develop our global theatrical financial operations. This strategic role will establish and manage comprehensive financial processes across international territories, serving as the central point of contact between regional partners and US headquarters. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with strategic thinking to drive optimal investment decisions in theatrical marketing campaigns worldwide.


Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable financial processes for international theatrical operations from the ground up
- Lead the development and management of theatrical forecasts across all international territories
- Drive strategic financial planning and analysis for international marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI
- Partner with territory leaders to establish budgets and forecasts for global campaigns
- Consolidate and analyze cross-territorial financial data to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis and performance metrics
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Partner with Accounting and Studio FP&A teams for accurate financial reporting and forecasting
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks

Strategic Impact:
- Define and implement financial strategy in areas of high ambiguity
- Influence strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations
- Challenge and advise business partners on financial planning and investment opportunities
- Drive long-term solutions while balancing short-term needs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
