Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Google Search product in Marketing/AdTech industries.
- Experience working on Google search campaigns, optimization and analysis. Understanding of Lifetime Value (LTV) and value based bidding models as data driven marketing campaigns, including knowledge, implementation and analysis.
- Experience on funnel optimization and conversion optimization and success cases that created bottom- line business impact.

- Drive customer business growth through partner ecosystem services and create opportunities for cross promoting.
- Engage with our customers, partners and sales team to deliver on business opportunities and Multi-Client Managers (MCM).
- Consult partners and selected advertisers on capabilities needed for this transformation, train and grow the partner excellence.
- Ensure service quality to partners with the internal and vendor teams. Work on ongoing improvement of projects management and establish service best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and planning with various teams in Google, contribute to product development and and feature prioritization through your input and business rationale.
