Java Techinical Lead - AWS

We are looking for Java Technical Lead,

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Java, Java Spring, and AWS.
• Take charge of technical decision-making and ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering their technical growth and promoting best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure seamless application deployment and scalability.
• Ensure the creation and execution of unit tests with JUnit for high-quality software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolutions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Actively contribute to code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and performance.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java and Java-related frameworks (e.g., Java Spring).
• Solid experience in CI/CD processes and implementing automation tools.
• Proficiency in writing and executing unit tests using JUnit.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Extensive experience working with AWS cloud technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with JavaScript for front-end integration.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud platforms and services.
