As Finance Manager - Transformation Delivery, you'll be a key member of the Finance Operations & Transformation team, working closely with the GM - Finance Operations & Transformation and Head of Finance Systems to execute programmes that move the needle, driving efficiency and uplift across the CFO team. The Xero CFO Team undertakes the finance function for all of Xero’s worldwide operations. You will have a finance background and proven ability to lead finance projects. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of CFO team projects and programmes of work, and also be an active participant in transformation initiatives across the wider business, and specifically across the Business Services functions. You will be a great team player who is proactive, engaging and a great communicator. (Note: This role is a 15 month fixed term contract)
