Our Organisational Development team works to amplify the voice and talent of employees by developing great leaders and teams who perform their best work. In this senior role, you will play a critical part in shaping and leading the execution of our Organisational Development strategy and senior-level priorities. You’ll be responsible for driving the operationalisation and governance of key OD initiatives, processes, and rhythms across a broad spectrum of focus areas—including Leadership, Talent, Wellbeing, Capability, and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB).
You will drive and support the design and implementation of globally consistent OD processes at scale and deliver beautiful experiences for Xeros, and enable integrated programs of work across the People Experience (PX) function.  
What you’ll do
- Working closely with the OD leadership team, you will deliver on a range of global initiatives and priorities, primarily across our Leadership portfolio. - Co-design and deliver OD programs of work aligned to the PX strategy and priorities.- Partner with GM Talent & Leadership and Global Head of Capability to design leadership interventions- Partner with PXPs to deliver leadership and talent interventions- Partner and build excellent relationships within the business and across PX to understand business priorities, needs and use OD programs and initiatives to support business objectives- Designing and building OD frameworks to support building capability of our people- Partner with our Learning Experience team to deliver impactful in-person and online OD  content and training for our people where required- Use a data-driven approach to inform internal audiences, measure success of existing programs and initiatives and identify additional opportunities for continued improvement
