About the team & role:We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join the team behind the
Xero Accounting App (XAA) – our flagship mobile experience that helps small business owners stay on top of their finances, wherever they are. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobile accounting at Xero, partnering with cross-functional leaders across design, product, and engineering to drive high-quality outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll lead design for key initiatives, mentor designers across the mobile portfolio, and help us continually raise the bar for quality, usability, and craft.
