Qualtrics is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our growing Treasury function as an Investor Relations Analyst. We are a goal-oriented team that works hard and enjoys the incredible trajectory that Qualtrics provides. This is a job for a well-spoken, hard-working, self-starting financial professional with excellent social skills. You'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Qualtrics' financial operations and the investment community. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate our company's financial performance, liquidity position, capital structure, and treasury initiatives to investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

How You'll Grow
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop a deep understanding of Qualtrics' financial performance, goals, treasury management, and capital structure
- Hone your financial analysis and communication skills, with a focus on finance performance-related topics
- Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry and peer benchmarking, and ad-hoc projects to support strategic and financial initiatives
- Work with CFO and finance leadership directly for ad-hoc finance presentations
- Gain exposure to various aspects of corporate finance, treasury management, and investor relations
- Lead quarterly lender calls and investor calls and build relationships with key players in the investment community and banking partners
- Contribute to the company's long-term success by optimizing treasury operations and enhancing market perception
Things You'll Do
- Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support investor communications and internal decision-making processes.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly lender presentations, including financial results, key performance indicators, and strategic updates.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to gather and synthesize information for investor-facing materials and internal reports.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights to senior management and investors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's investor relations strategy and messaging.
- Support treasury initiatives by analyzing capital structure, liquidity position, and debt covenant compliance.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with disclosure regulations and best practices in investor communications.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on investor sentiment, market perceptions, and competitive positioning.
- Assist in managing relationships with investment banks and other financial institutions.
What We're Looking for on Your Resume
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in treasury analytics, investor relations, or investment banking
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
- Experience with financial reporting to investors and lenders
- Experience working with Refinitiv or Bloomberg or Factset
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite and other presentation softwares
- CFA designation is a plus
