At CaptivateIQ, Quality Engineering is part of the Reliability, Infrastructure and Quality (RIQ) pillar and partners with teams throughout the engineering organization. Members of the team coach and play with our engineering teams to improve our products. We do this using the Quality Assistance approach: Quality Engineering works closely with the development teams to enhance their testing strategies, lead efforts to resolve pain points, assess and mitigate product quality risks. We help solve quality challenges by implementing solutions and frameworks that our engineering teams use to deliver high quality code instead of just doing testing.
