Professional Services Engineer, APAC

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Professional Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our clients to design, implement, and deliver custom solutions that meet their unique requirements. You will act as a technical expert and bridge the gap between client needs and our product capabilities.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team and engineer experts in the APAC region. 

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Build and implement custom tools, integrations, and scripts to enhance client operations using Fireblocks’ platform.
• Work on both frontend and backend components to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Assist clients in integrating with Fireblocks APIs and developing workflows for crypto and web3 operations.
• Provide technical training and guidance to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of custom solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technologies.
• Development of tools and automation for the company's products

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience of 5+ years within your field as a technology expert and enthusiast 
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of blockchain and crypto development, including smart contracts, web3 libraries, and wallet integrations.
• Understanding of security protocols and best practices in crypto and blockchain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients with the ability to confidently present technical ideas and solutions for often complex projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts

Nice to Have:

• Background in working with Blockchain technology is desirable
