Navan is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the Navan IT Support Team for our Palo Alto office. This position is an on-site role where 5 days a week in the office are required. Primary responsibilities will be supporting and providing technical support to end-users in the office, as well as for all Navan users globally. You will be joining a company that moves at a rapid pace. Each day will be different, with tasks ranging from onboarding new hires to troubleshooting and solving user issues and requests, and hands-on support for all IT-supported equipment and functions.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period.
