Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in program management.
  • Familiarity with common product abuse vectors, user policy issues, and enforcement operations.
  • Understanding of application of multiple program management approaches and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple threads at once including large-scale initiatives across many teams.
  • Ability to lead complex projects across new and evolving stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent organization, problem solving, communication and people management skills.

As a member of the Technology, Strategy and Programs (TSAP) team within the YouTube Trust and Safety Operations organization, you will operate at the intersection of Operations, Product and Engineering. You will help prevent harm by ensuring that our Operations organization has the tools, infrastructure, and knowledge that they need to be effective, efficient and successful.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead cross-product, YouTube and Google-wide technology initiatives focused on user safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, and YouTube Trust and Safety leadership to develop product strategies and roadmaps for internal tools and infrastructure. Ensure products address user needs and requirements.
  • Identify key issues across our abuse-fighting landscape, leveraging your influential skills to scope, prioritize and resource global initiatives.
  • Exercise discretion and acumen in determining appropriate steps for projects, completing tasks outside of established processes when necessary.
  • Own and optimize the processes used by our global enforcement and operations team.
