As a Senior Business Program Manager, Go-To-Market you will lead Microsoft's end-customer investment fund (ECIF) program that supports the deployment or migration of Microsoft products and solutions. This go-to-market program enchances the customer experience, drives adoption and fosters sustainable, value driven engagements, while remaining compliant and aligned with Microsoft's strategic objectives.
This role sits within Microsoft’s Enablement & Operations (E&O) organization responsible for designing, building, and running key levers – compensation, business performance management, annual planning, skilling, etc. – that drive the company’s commercial business. Here, you will work as part of the Go-To-Market team responsible for ensuring consistency in the way each of Microsoft’s commercial solution areas (Cloud, Security, etc.) goes to market and creating clarity among the corporate stakeholders, regional leaders, and subsidiary owners accountable for execution of those plans.
With your focus Microsoft's end-customer investment fund (ECIF) program, you will work to increase the yield or return on the investment through customer-centric investments that are strategic and outcome-driven while ensuring transparency and driving coninuous improvement. You will work in partnership with others put in place the people, process, and technologies to enable others across Microsoft's lines of business and subsidiaries around the world to manage these strategic investments better.
