We are looking for a Community Manager to drive Community Management for major brands under the Meta Product Pillar. This role will be responsible for the operations of the Community Management Program across the Product Pillarβs Social Channels. This will be done in close partnership with our Community Manager for Brand Social, the Product pillar Social Marketing Managers and dedicated Community Managers to these brands. This role is responsible for the overall strategy of the discipline and taking ownership of operational elements that keep the Community Management team running smoothly.
This role operates horizontally and is critical to the success of our Product Social programs. This role will also work cross functionally with stakeholders throughout the Communications organization. Our ideal candidate would possess equal parts operational excellence and strategic community building prowess.
