As a Fulfillment Center (FC) Network Loss (NL) Research Analyst, you will work closely with the fulfillment network loss manager, ICQA (Inventory Control Quality Assurance) field teams in both FCs, security and loss prevention teams and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) reimbursement investigator to research and identify root causes of losses and damages through thorough analytic and on field research and inspection to identify opportunities and MOs to improve FC network loss and FBA reimbursements.
Key job responsibilities
As FC Network Loss Analyst you will be responsible on:
* Daily data mining for FBA units adjustments and Daily Damages
* Research adjustment root causes and reporting them.
* Drive actions with the relevant stake holders to decrease losses.
* Report and escalate abuse MOs in both Concessions and FBA Reimbursements.
* Lead FC NL quality control associates during the shift to target top offending abusers and inspect their arrivals and units.
*Development of data collection processes and data management systems
*Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
*Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel
*Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
*In depth research of defect trends
*Data collection and entry as needed
*Data mining and problem solving

EG FC Network Losses is part of AMET (Africa Middle East and Turkey) ICQA and L&D (Learning and Development) organization that supports AMET operations to enhance cost metric by reducing concessions, lost and damaged items under the FC roof.- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holiday
- Strong Interest, motivation, knowledge and experience with Excel, VBA, SQL and python (1 year of experience).* 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
