Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter who is excited about the opportunity to help us build an exceptional team and create a positive impact in the AI industry. If you’re interested in joining our team, please apply today! 

You will be joining the Business Recruiting team to help grow our teams in GTM and G&A, with a focus on our Alignerr Services team. You will manage the end to end recruiting process from sourcing to closing, partnering closely across the organization with leadership, hiring managers, recruiting and people ops.

Your Impact

• Find the best Labelboxers for our Business teams

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, from screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing

• Drive innovative sourcing initiatives to identify, assess, and build a network of candidates

• Collaborate with hiring teams throughout the process; coach hiring managers and interviewers every step of the way (bias mitigation, candidate experience, calibration)

• Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to hiring managers and recruiting team

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience as a business recruiter, preferably in a tech/AI startup and/or agency environment

• You have some knowledge about AI, how it works and are passionate about building what’s next

• You are passionate about building high-performing teams who take the business to new heights 

• You are creative and relentless in your sourcing and you are able to find and attract the best candidates for your roles

• You build strong predictive pipelines that lead to a hire

• You understand that candidate experience can be a differentiator and are passionate about offering the best one for our candidates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers through the hiring process

• You are familiar with Greenhouse ATS
