NOTE: This role is onsite in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide timely and efficient consulting and process integration services to new SMB partners using Kaseya's IT Complete Suite of solutions (including PSA, RMM, IT Glue, and Security).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire implementation process.
  • Manage multiple partner implementation projects, delivering both high-level and detailed consulting services.
  • Conduct assessments of partner needs, explain product features and functionality, and recommend best practices for device/system setup to prevent unnecessary support requests.
  • Define product specifications for partner and end-user installations.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and resolve outstanding issues effectively.
  • Monitor partner adoption and usage of software throughout implementations.
  • Assist in scoping implementation and professional service engagements in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Work alongside internal teams, including Tech Support, Partner Success, and Sales, to enhance the partner experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional consulting project services for internal and external customers.
  • Act as a technical lead for solution implementations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide best industry practices to customers on implementing new products in their businesses.
  • Support internal teams in aligning with project management and product requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience/Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience managing technology implementations utilizing software tools.
    • 1+ years of MSP experience (preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA, and RMM software and markets.
    • Proficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Windows Server patch management best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with Routing, Switching, and Firewall/Edge technologies.
    • Working knowledge of virtualization solutions like VMware and Hypervisor.
  • Non-Technical Skills Requirements:

    • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills using tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Project Plans.
    • Strong attention to detail and a data-centric approach to success metrics.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable to change, and decisive.
    • Proven team player with demonstrated experience using Salesforce and Power BI reporting (preferred).
    • Solid understanding of the security software solutions market for MSP and SMB personas.
    • Ability to present complex technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred Skills/Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Salary ranges: $59,000-$69,000
