Senior Analyst, Ecosystem Strategy & Analytics

Overview:

As a Senior Analyst of Ecosystem Strategy & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and operationalizing our global partner ecosystem. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive data-informed decisions that impact business growth and ecosystem success. This position combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor to deliver insights that guide our ecosystem strategy and support the company's expansion goals.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Insights:

  • Partner with ecosystem leadership to understand, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable insights and strategic initiatives
  • Define and track key success metrics to measure program health and the impact of ecosystem initiatives through dashboards and visualizations
  • Build and maintain predictive models to improve program effectiveness and user experience across products, regions, and markets
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of ecosystem field behaviors and performance to uncover opportunities for experience and efficiency improvements

Operational Excellence & Execution:

  • Design and maintain ecosystem data architecture within Salesforce CRM and related systems
  • Build and maintain global Single Source of Truth (SSOT) reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights
  • Develop ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives, projects, and OKRs
  • Spearhead operational excellence by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing scalable data tracking/reporting structures
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Enablement, Partner Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and aligned execution of strategic initiatives
  • Support and enhance regular operating cadence through monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analysis, forecasting, and business reviews
  • Develop and deliver compelling executive-level presentations to communicate findings and recommend data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record in Partner/Sales Strategy, Business Intelligence, Management Consulting, or similar roles
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Expert-level proficiency with Excel, Google Slides and Salesforce Reporting
  • Proficiency with SQL, data querying, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau), or a strong desire to learn
  • Background in SaaS and B2B environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of open-source software ecosystems
  • Knowledge of partner/channel strategy and ecosystem development

  • Adaptability and comfort working in a growing, dynamic team environment

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.

$126,000$180,000 USD
