Scaled Solutions Lead

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in strategy, change management, and rolling-out large scale initiatives.
• Ability to translate analysis results into insight and business recommendations while working with data, analytics and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively collaborate with several cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and time management.

• Oversee numerous scaled engineering programs, tracking metrics, and ensuring on time delivery of key organizational initiatives.
• Oversee all critical program management activities for key work areas through and data-driven decision making, process improvement, stakeholder management, executive influence to support on organizational and stakeholder focus areas in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Partner with organization leadership to define, launch, and drive programs and initiatives for gTech Ads Solutions STS organization.
• Partner with team members to gather data, jointly conduct business analysis, and identify solutions through effective communication and project management.
• Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses, develop final recommendations, implement, analyze results, and iterating.
