Position Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager will play a critical role in managing brand awareness campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Reporting to the VP, Brand Marketing, this person will oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines while executing campaigns that elevate Turing’s visibility and reinforce our market position. We’re seeking a creative and strategic individual with 5-8 years of experience in brand management and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Brand Awareness Campaigns:
    Lead and manage brand advertising campaigns across podcasts, newsletters, out-of-home (OOH), and connected TV (CTV), ensuring maximum impact and alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage Brand Consistency:
    Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications efforts, overseeing the adherence to brand guidelines for tone, messaging, and visual identity across teams and platforms.
  • Maintain Brand Guidelines:
    Collaborate closely with design and messaging teams to regularly update and refine brand guidelines, ensuring they reflect Turing's core values, mission, and evolving market positioning. Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners to ensure uniformity in all touchpoints.
  • Track Brand Awareness & Sentiment:
    Monitor and measure brand awareness, perception, and sentiment using industry-standard tools and surveys. Regularly report findings and actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with content, design, demand generation, and field marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all campaigns, platforms, and customer interactions.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:
    Measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and continuously optimize efforts through data analysis and feedback. 
  • Brand Sponsorships:
    Identify opportunities for strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events that align with Turing’s brand goals and expand our reach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on managing brand campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity development.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact brand awareness campaigns.
  • Experience managing brand advertising and paid media across channels, including podcasts, newsletters, out-of-home (OOH), and connected TV (CTV).
  • Experience tracking and analyzing brand awareness, sentiment, and perception, and using insights to refine brand strategy.
  • Experience managing and updating brand guidelines for diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • B2B brand marketing experience in the high-tech industry is required.
  • Experience and strong understanding of generative AI and the broader AI industry.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from designers to senior leadership.
