About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of our portfolio of services and solutions. In this role, you will focus on selling tailored business solutions to small enterprise customers, helping them solve complex challenges and achieve their goals. This position is crucial to our growth trajectory and offers the opportunity to work closely with the VP of Sales and a high-performing team to drive meaningful impact. As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and expanding key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with decision-makers in small enterprise organizations. Develop deep customer trust by understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions to their needs.
  • Proactively seek out and close new sales opportunities by targeting small enterprise clients across multiple industries. Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Strategically grow revenue within your client portfolio by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ensuring clients maximize the value of our services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to uncover key pain points and craft customized solutions that address their unique challenges, emphasizing the value and impact of our offerings.
  • Own the entire sales process, including prospecting, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless handoff to delivery teams.
  • Work with internal teams—such as product, delivery, finance, and SDR teams—to support client needs and ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle.
  • Continuously build your knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to effectively position our services as the best solutions for our clients.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling services, solutions, or consulting offerings to small enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell solutions based on customer needs, uncover pain points, and present tailored value propositions.
  • Experience in building and executing strategies to develop new business and grow existing accounts within the small enterprise segment.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with decision-makers and deliver exceptional client experiences through detailed attention to client needs and goals.
  • Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling with a proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Ability to engage with technical stakeholders, learn about various technologies, and effectively position solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
