Overview

As a Demand Marketing Specialist, you will lead various aspects of Turing's demand marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building, testing, and optimizing new or existing journeys for target audience segments. You must have a proven track record of building end-to-end journeys and campaigns (from top to bottom of the funnel) that influence business revenue.

You must have great communication and project management skills as you’ll lead and collaborate with various team members from Performance Marketing, Field Marketing, Content, Design, Sales, and more.


Responsibilities  

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
  • Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, RollWork,s and other tools to execute and automate marketing processes  as well as track campaign effectiveness
  • Work with sales and marketing to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns (including paid social, content syndication, email, programmatic and more)
  • Project manage campaigns from start to finish and provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and goal pacing to stakeholders
  • Constantly monitor, measure, and support lead hand-off process to sales
  • Partner with field marketing and sales on ABM initiatives

 

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience developing full-funnel marketing and customer journeys (landing pages, paid social campaigns, banner ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Hubspot and Salesforce. Bonus: Experience using RollWorks, DreamData, Asana, and/or Figma
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed team player and leader with a positive attitude
