Manages the day-to-day running of the business on behalf of a leader, including driving the rhythm of business (ROB), planning and executing department agendas, driving budget planning process and ongoing review, and managing workforce planning activities. Maximizes/extends the leader while developing relationships with key partners, communicating the leaderβs strategy, conducting external engagement/thought leadership, and serving as a trusted advisor to the leader. Monitors the organizational health and drives the health and culture of the organization. Ensures continuation of business operations, driving strategy execution and/or leader alignment. Participates in a variety of special projects/programs and initiatives, as needed. May drive accountability managing business metrics such as scorecards and/or defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
