As the Public Sector Business Manager, you will play a critical role, in partnership with the Public Sector GM, to drive the UK Public Sector business forward. You will own the architecture, development, and execution of the rhythm of business. You will execute on business plans to ensure continuation of business at all times, including in adverse conditions, in accordance with corporate governance.
You will lead strategy execution in partnership with the leadership team across the organisation, leveraging deep knowledge of organisational strategy and planned deliverables for the upcoming year(s) to design budgets. You will lead, in conjunction with stakeholders and the leadership team on multiple workstreams leveraging knowledge of the leader's goals and business approach to ensure business activities are aligned with the leader's objectives. You will drive team culture and health for the leader by getting a pulse on organisational health, as well as leading culture initiatives while partnering with Human Resources (HR) to do so.
You will drive cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and to manage complex business needs. You will lead executive-level communication with a variety of internal and externa audiences. You will design and oversees the creation of foundational and storytelling content within the organisation and in the industry. You will drive accountability for the team and organisation in executing core business activities. This role also has people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance for both FTE & Apprentices.
