Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • Experience with online media buying and promoting processes, with knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges.
  • Experience with Display and Video 360, social media advertising, Google Ads, or similar digital advertising products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to demonstrate the measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results, and drive business results through media investment.

The Programmatic Media team's mission is to develop and mature the programmatic ecosystem in the region by building and activating scalable media offerings for advertisers, agencies, and partners to achieve marketing objectives using DV360 platform.

The team is focused on the growth of media spend through Programmatic channels by collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, GMP Enterprise, Sellside, Product Specialists, etc.) to drive adoption of products and solutions to the Programmatic ecosystem.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Maintain relationships with a selected group of programmatic clients and identify new opportunities for clients to increase efficiency, optimize performance, and grow business within the Display and Video 360 platform.
  • Own programmatic media strategy and work with internal stakeholder teams to ensure performance optimization and delivery when needed.
  • Maintain clients updated about existing and new product launches, identify feature adoption opportunities to achieve client marketing and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory packages in Display and Video 360 are adopted, ensure implementation and post-buy reporting to clients and agencies.
  • Escalate and resolve key client issues, manage expectations both internally and externally with clients for campaign implementation, management, and performance, and deliver accurate business growth projections to ensure account and programmatic media planning on a quarterly and annual basis.
