- Set a global product vision for Ad CX
- Launch high impact products and services that enhance Ad CX and drive business success with advertisers
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, monetization, technical and operational lift, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers on developing ML based solutions to improve Ad CX on Prime Video

You must have strong business judgment, customer obsession and be technical proficiency in addressing customer needs and business needs. You leverage mental models and data-driven decision making, and can effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with leaders of all levels. As a leader on the team, you will make recommendations to senior leaders and drive alignment across levels, functions, and organizations.

- 1+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience as a product manager or owner- Experience working with Machine Learning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
