Join the team that brought you the Echo Show, a touch-screen enabled Alexa device that supports video calling, music, weather, and more! Our Echo Software team works on not only the Echo Show but other high-profile consumer electronics products including Fire TV, and other Echo family of devices. We’re just getting started, and we’d love to have you join us to bring innovative experiences to millions of customers. As a Senior Technical Program Manager software engineer in the Alexa Devices team, you will help drive innovation by delivery features that present innovative speech-backed visuals on our Echo Show, Echo Spot, and similar screened Alexa devices.

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and deliver experiences for our Alexa devices.

- Build solutions that reach millions of new customers all over the world, providing them innovative Alexa experiences
- Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy and requirements
- Lead cross-functional development efforts on new technologies and features with considerable customer impact, from design to delivery
- Communicate regularly with senior management on status, victories, risks and quality
- Dive deep into architecture, engineering and integration decisions and timelines with dependency teams
- Manage prioritization and tradeoffs against customer experience and time to market.
- Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success.

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
