We have a vision: To give everyone easy access to anything in their cities. And this is where your ride starts.

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic Sales & Automation team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights that support Glovo's business objectives.

THE JOURNEY

  • Use Python or similar programming languages to automate repetitive data tasks, like lead assignment or pipeline updates, enhancing team efficiency.
  • Partner with the Commercial Strategy leadership to set performance targets, recommend actions for improvement and work together to integrate positive changes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience, outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role, preferably with 2 years in Sales Operations.
  • Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with analytics/ds libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown
  • Nice to have: previous knowledge of Bigquery or other data storage platforms such as Starburst and prior knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performance
  • Fluency in English is a must.

Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:

  • 🍔 Monthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings!
  • 💳 Cobee discounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses.

  • 🏖️ Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year!
  • 👪 Enhanced parental leave, and office-based nursery.
