Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 + Opportunities for Performance Incentives!Position Summary:Jackson Comfort is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Warehouse Manager to oversee the purchasing, warehouse, and fleet operations across multiple locations. This key leadership role will focus on optimizing inventory management, streamlining purchasing processes, and ensuring our field teams have the tools and materials they need to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ultimate goal is to achieve significant cost savings while maintaining operational efficiency and team satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Purchasing & Inventory ManagementDevelop and execute purchasing strategies to reduce material costs while ensuring high-quality
standards.Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time ordering to minimize carrying costs without sacrificing
availability.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and
discounts.Warehouse OperationsStandardize warehouse processes across locations for efficient material handling, stocking, and
shipping.Implement inventory tracking systems to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce
shrinkage.Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in all warehouse
facilities.Fleet ManagementOversee the maintenance and optimization of the company’s fleet to reduce downtime and repair
costs.Collaborate with GM’s and field management to track driver performance metrics and fleet
needs.Develop strategies to extend the lifespan of vehicles and equipment while minimizing
expenses.Team Leadership & CollaborationManage and mentor warehouse, purchasing, and fleet teams across the
region.Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes efficiency, ownership, and continuous
improvement.Partner with branch management teams, Market Leaders, and the Regional Vice President to identify needs, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of materials and
tools.Cost Reduction & ReportingIdentify and implement cost-saving opportunities across purchasing, warehousing, and fleet
operations.Regularly analyze operational data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, purchasing, or fleet management roles, preferably in HVAC or plumbing
industries.At least 2 years of people management experience is required, with a proven track record of developing and leading diverse teams.
Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to
detail.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and negotiation
