Job Description

Our vision is to be the universal symbol of trust, bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews. We are well on our way—but there’s still an exciting journey ahead. Join us at the heart of trust.

At Trustpilot, we’re on a mission to become a truly data-driven business — and that starts with strong, insightful financial reporting. As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a technically brilliant and detail-oriented Group Consolidation and Reporting Accountant to join our high-performing finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to make their move into industry — whether you’re stepping out of audit (manager level), or already in a group reporting role within a listed business. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven financial reporting to inform our business and support leadership decisions.

You’ll be hands-on in delivering our group consolidation under IFRS, preparing statutory reporting, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders — including liaising with auditors and contributing to Board-level analysis and insights.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the preparation of our monthly group consolidation under IFRS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across multiple entities and currencies
  • Prepare the group’s primary financial statements, reporting packs, and supporting notes
Deliver detailed supporting analysis such as quasi-equity reconciliations and other key inputs to the consolidated accounts
  • Liaise with global finance teams and local controllers to align on accounting policies and reporting standards
  • Coordinate and contribute to half-year and full-year reporting cycles, including submissions to the London Stock Exchange
  • Support the production of investor and board materials, partnering closely with FP&A and Investor Relations
  • Manage and process topside entries in the group consolidation system (Workday Adaptive)
  • Be a key point of contact for external auditors, supporting the review and audit of group financial statements
  • Provide guidance on technical accounting matters and stay ahead of evolving IFRS standards and disclosure requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve reporting quality, controls, and processes

Who you are:

  • You’re a qualified accountant (ACA, CA or equivalent), with strong experience in financial reporting — either from a top-tier audit firm or within a listed business
  • You bring hands-on experience working with complex, multi-entity, multi-currency group consolidations under IFRS
  • You have a strong technical grasp of IFRS and UK GAAP, and can confidently apply standards in practice
  • You’re structured and detail-oriented, with a natural drive for accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
  • Excels in a team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and proactively contributing innovative solutions.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively across geographies, and can communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • You’re confident working in Excel and comfortable picking up new systems — experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus
  • You thrive on problem-solving, and bring a proactive, resourceful mindset to tackling challenges
  • You have a desire to make an impact early, taking ownership and accountability from day one
  • You’re calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with a high standard of output
  • You’re excited by the opportunity to help shape and strengthen our reporting capability as we grow

What's in it for you:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities are supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Pension and life insurance
  • Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7, Employee Assistance Plan
  • Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave
  • Season ticket loan and a cycle-to-work scheme
  • Central office location complete with table tennis, a gaming corner, coffee bars and all the snacks and refreshments you can ask for
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company-wide celebrations and events, ERG activities, and team socials.
  • Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema discounts, and more.
  • Independent financial advice and free standard professional mortgage broker advice
  • Talent acceleration programs: Fast-track your career with our tailored development programs designed to support growth at whatever stage of your career

Still not sure?

We want to be a part of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world of work for all. We’re excited to hear about your experiences as well as how you will contribute to our working culture. So, even if you don’t feel you don't meet all the requirements, we'd still really like to hear from you!
