Team

The country growth team is responsible for acquiring new customers and deepening our relationship with existing ones. This team operates at the intersection of product, marketing, design, and engineering to drive sustainable growth in key markets. As a growth associate, you will play a critical role in identifying market opportunities, executing growth initiatives, and influencing cross-functional teams to accelerate user adoption and engagement.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties)

  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing, incentives, and competitive trends.
  • Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and drive key business decisions.
  • Manage and execute market work-streams independently with a focus on impact.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence strategic initiatives.
  • Present market insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
  • Leverage internal data tools (SQL, dashboards) to track performance and validate hypotheses.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on impact while ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform growth strategies.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements)

  • Solid growth experience in B2C products, preferably in fast-growing consumer apps, crypto, fintech, or payments companies.
  • Growth experience in Australia, with a strong understanding of market-specific culture, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with SQL, experiment design, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to take growth initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence and shape strategic discussions.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and driving mission-driven growth.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with on-chain activities such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain services (not a prerequisite but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key).
