What you’ll do:

Requiring a critical mindset and belief in collaborative problem solving, Insight Days: Women in Trading & Tech offers you the opportunity to:

• Dive into the core fundamentals of trading, gain unique insights into our world-class trading systems and start to develop the set of key skills that our traders use in operational trading as well as research-based systematic strategies and algorithmic trading.
• Explore our tech pathways and learn how our cutting-edge techniques keep us at the forefront of financial markets globally.
• Discover the spectrum of career possibilities at Optiver.

Who you are:

• An undergraduate at a US or Canadian university with a planned graduation date of Winter 2026 through Spring 2028
• Working toward a degree in a STEM field.
• Able to attend the in-person program in full from April 10 – 11.
• An inquisitive, critical thinker who is creative in innovating new solutions. When you’re told something ‘just is,’ you immediately take it apart to understand the ‘why.’
• Excited to test your quantitative skills and explore new opportunities in a challenging environment.
