Position Summary

The Director of Sales will serve as a leader in the Sales organization tasked with leading a team of sellers to generate, progress, and close new and renewal sales opportunities within Coalfire’s targeted accounts. This role will be responsible for direct management of a team of individual contributor sales representatives that support a specific service line of Coalfire’s business, working under the organization’s Senior Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will manage Coalfire’s Sales cycle directly to end-users of the organization’s products and services under a specific service line on a national scale.
