Partner Development Manager

The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.  

We are looking to hire a Partner Development Manager for ISV partners in our Financial Services vertical. As a Partner Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to bring your work ethic, enthusiasm, optimism, and customer-centric passion to stimulate growth and transformation. Your challenger mindset, sales management expertise, technological and industry knowledge, and effective interpersonal skills will be crucial in enabling our partners to deliver market-leading solutions to our customers. This role offers a chance to fast-track your career growth as you engage with intricate partner organizations, establish robust relationships in the C-Suite, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to boost performance and tackle complex issues. In this role, you will be accountable for your partners' commercial performance, driving sustainable sales impact from your partners to customers, and acquiring end-to-end solution selling expertise.
