About the Role
The Principal, Business Development will be responsible for creating, managing, and expanding high-impact relationships across our carrier and broker partners with a focus on both strengthening existing connections and closing new accounts. This leader will work collaboratively with other Nayya team members to foster strong, multifaceted engagement with partners. By developing a deep understanding of each partner’s structure, goals, and challenges, the Principal, Business Development will strategically align Nayya’s platform to meet their needs, driving sustained growth and mutual success.
This role requires a strong understanding of our partners, a growth lens, the ability to influence, and exceptional relationship management skills across highly fragmented organizations. The Principal, Business Development demonstrates a thorough understanding of Nayya’s product portfolio and how multiple products can amplify outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $180,000-$210,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
