Roku Ads Manager is Roku’s answer to the growing and diversified demand for CTV advertising. Our self-serve ad platform entered General Availability (GA) in September 2024 and has picked up major momentum.
Our Ads Manager team is small, gritty, and focused on building the best streaming ad platform in the market. We move fast, pivot quickly, and work hard. We rally around decisions, challenge assumptions, and push the limits on what advertising can do for growth marketers, performance agencies, and any other business interested in making the big screen work for their brands’ objectives.
Our team is looking for our first Partnerships lead to create and maintain a revenue-focused partnership program that will drive incremental investment though key third-party partner alignment. These partnerships will focus on four key areas: Measurement, Audiences, Creatives, and APIs.
This role is foundational to our growth and is the first of its kind for Roku Ads Manager. Our Partnerships lead will be a revenue-focused role who will create a foundational partner program for repeated and trackable success across the ecosystem.
This role will evaluate, negotiate, and maintain all strategic partnerships for Roku Ads Manager, specifically focused on the Measurement, Audience, Creative, and API spaces. Your main objective is to create value for brands by aligning Roku with key partners, which in turn will drive business growth, platform innovation, and customer satisfaction.
This role will collaborate with legal, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partnerships are not just executed but also rolled out in a way that maximizes revenue impact and minimizes operational strain.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $122,000 and $180,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

In summary, Ads Manager’s Partnership Manager will create and own all functions surrounding our partnership program, goaled with driving incremental platform revenue and client satisfaction.
Success in this position requires strong ad tech knowledge, excel communication skills, experience working cross functionally, and proven negotiation experience.
You will be an individual contributor who will work cross-functionally to ensure the Roku Ads Manager is maximizing our position in the market by aligning with key partners that drive value for our customers.
