Director, Communications

As a founding member of our Continuous Improvement team, you will be instrumental in building our brand and presence within Microsoft. As a Director, Communications, you will focus on executing communication strategies and tactics for the team and build awareness and engagement for CI within Microsoft. You will enhance your communication skills as you engage, influence, and drive momentum directly with senior leaders and through your communication efforts with all employees across the organization. You will deliver measurable impact by collaborating across the organization, opening the door to significant career growth opportunities and advancement. This position is based in Redmond, with limited travel as required to achieve key business outcomes.
