Amazon Student Programs is looking for Legal interns to join our Corporate Legal team in Mexico. Be part of a dynamic global team that supports Amazon's business lines while gaining unique perspective on the company's long-term growth strategies.

As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to working on an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. No matter the location of your internship, we give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real-world setting.

Key job responsibilities

Support international entity maintenance and compliance matters
Assist with basic corporate legal documentation
Help coordinate with external counsel and internal business partners
Support the team with various administrative and legal tasks
Participate in professional development activities and networking events


Candidate must thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced environment and work autonomously to execute multiple time-sensitive projects. This role demands flexibility, resourcefulness and an innovative spirit. Currently enrolled in a Law Bachelor's Degree program with a graduation conferral date between July 2024 and July 2026

Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Keen attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite


Advanced English language skills (written and verbal)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
Interest in corporate and business law
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Experience in preparing corporate legal documentation and conducting legal due diligence
• Proficiency in Global Entity Management System (GEMS) or other entity management system, and Microsoft SharePoint
• Accustomed to working with cross-functional teams
• Legal project and information management experience
