Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
- Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and to achieve goals to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
