Yotpo is looking for an SMS Overlay Manager who will work with our Sales Teams. This person’s SMS domain expertise, technical know-how, and deep E-Commerce knowledge will help to drive revenue by building confidence in our sales prospects. Working hand-in-hand with our Account Executives and Account Managers, the SMS Overlay Manager will ensure our prospective clients see the full value of the Yotpo Platform and how it can best integrate and suit the business needs of their organization in optimizing their SMS marketing channel.
To achieve these goals, the SMS Overlay Manager will work closely with the prospect at various stages of a deal cycle to understand the problem to be solved fully. This will then be followed by recommending and demonstrating appropriate creative solutions, building and delivering business cases, and telling stories in a compelling narrative to convince prospective customers of the value of Yotpo’s SMS offering. He/she will serve as the primary conduit between sales, product management, R&D, and our post-sales teams, communicating the needs of prospects and advising around potential product enhancements and service requirements. The SMS Overlay Manager will work to scope out an ideal implementation path, develop technical deliverables, and determine all necessary resources prior to a client’s deployment, including the required involvement of Yotpo’s partners.

Base salary $110,000- $150,000
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable compensation component.
Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
