Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in one of the Nordics languages and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
- Experience with online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance and brand marketing.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
