Program Manager, Global Payout Solutions

As a Program Manager, Global Payout Solutions, you own the stakeholder relationship, investment health, and business strategy on behalf of Global Payout Solutions. You will own relationships with various Business, Operations and Engineering groups to understand existing processes and systems, while driving improvements to the same. This role is accountable for ensuring successful investment launches and governance management, as well as driving evolution and influencing change through data-driven conversations to assist the Capability teams in optimization and automation. As an influencer, you drive change in other organizations, instrument processes and ensure quality in design. You will leverage outstanding communication to customize your message to many layers in a large corporation and be comfortable delivering difficult messages when required. 

A deep passion for developing relationships and high-quality engagement, excellence in data, business process design, and planning and execution, along with a love for the challenge of solving big, bold problems will be invaluable. You see opportunities when others see failures, and you will have helicopter thinking (big picture) with an ability to go to ground level details. As a program manager, you take pride in delivering solid, clean project, and you are tenacious in unearthing risks and mitigating them proactively, engaging whoever you need for support to do this.
