  • Partner with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and reusable API-based solutions and integration patterns.
  • Understand external partner systems, industry standards, and data exchange formats to define reliable and scalable integrations.
  • Work closely with global product managers, platform teams, implementation teams, and dealership users to identify integration gaps and pain points.
  • Document use cases, map data workflows, and translate business requirements into clear, technical product specifications.
  • Conduct API benchmarking and drive best practices around API governance, versioning, security, and error handling.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to onboard and certify integrations, ensuring interoperability and system resilience.
  • Stay current on trends in automotive software, integration technologies, and supply chain automation.

Skills and Experience

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in product management or technical product roles within B2B SaaS, ideally in the supply chain, inventory, or logistics domains.
  • You are proficient in integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, webhooks, message queues, and/or EDI.
  • You understand industry data standards (e.g., STAR, JSON, XML), and have worked on platforms with external system integrations.
  • You’re comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • You have a learning mindset, naturally curious about systems, data flows, and how to improve them.
  • You bring a customer-centric approach to problem solving, and are energized by building solutions that simplify complex dealer workflows.
  • Bonus points for exposure to automotive dealership management systems, OEM integration layers, or automotive eCommerce platforms.
