Campus Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview 

We are looking to add a Recruitment Specialist to join our team to help contribute to our Junior Technology Recruitment, particularly focused on our campus and junior recruitment efforts in the APAC region, but with a global outlook. As a Recruiter you will partner with our Technology Stakeholders to identify, engage and hire top junior talent and contribute to our global emerging talent strategy.

• Develop Junior recruiting strategy with focus on Technology. Junior recruitment at Squarepoint includes not only Campus (Grad and Intern), but also Technologists up to 4 YoE.
• Act as main point of contact; establish and maintain close relationships with universities – including the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
• Partner effectively with the business to ensure healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining data accuracy
• Candidate interview scheduling and coordination
• Screening calls with junior technology candidates
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies
• Provide reporting and regular updates to business stakeholders

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in campus and/or tech recruiting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems or tasks
• Excellent attention to detail
• Travel for campus events required
