The Climate Pledge Friendly (CPF) team is seeking a CPF BR Program Manager to grow our collaboration with the world’s most credible and influential sustainability brands. You will partner with Amazon sustainability and CPF global team to accelerate progress in environmental impact areas, develop rich environmental expertise and work closely to collectively improve standards across multiple environmental impact areas. You will deepen relationships with senior executives at the world’s most trusted and influential sustainability brands, and form joint business plans and long-term strategy that grow their catalogs of sustainable selection on Amazon. You will set bold goals, evangelize the program both internally and externally, and drive accountability across organizations. You operate strategically, ensuring that the world’s most credible products substantiated by trusted sustainability partners qualify for CPF, making us the world’s #1 trusted destination for customers to discover sustainable products.

Key job responsibilities
• You set the strategy for growing selection in Brazil focusing on multiple levers, working through several stakeholders to achieve your goals
• You dive deep in the details of local certifications to approve new certifications by Amazon global teams
• You establish ambitious goals and hold your partners accountable for delivering on share objectives
• You coordinate across cross-functional teams and categories, communicating with key stakeholders, all while meeting tight deadlines
• You develop a thorough understanding of your environmental impact areas, diving deep to uncover opportunities, and proactively educating key stakeholders across Amazon to scale your expertise
• You define the long-term objectives of your business, and inform the central product team’s roadmap based on your team’s insights

The CPF BR Program Manager will report to the Senior Program Manager of Retail Programs BR and will be part of the Retail Programs teams. The PM will work closely with other PMs, from programs such as Subscribe & Save, Buy more & Save, Baby registry, 'Ta Valendo' and Everyday Essentials. This position will be part of the CPF international expansion PMs team and will work closely with Amazon Latam sustainability stakeholders.- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization;
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment;
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences;
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules;
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
