Program Manager, Logistics

Narvar is growing! We are seeking a Program Manager – Logistics to drive strategic initiatives, reporting, and operational improvements within our logistics team. This non-technical role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and data analytics expertise to support executive decision-making and process optimization. 

Day-to-day

• Program Management: Lead key logistics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing execution across teams.
• Reporting & Analytics: Own and manage logistics performance reporting, creating data-driven insights and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Executive Communication: Present findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring clear visibility into logistics operations.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and track key logistics KPIs to enhance operational performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (supply chain, finance, customer success, etc.) to align initiatives and resolve bottlenecks.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or operations, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, reporting, and performance tracking to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIM or equivalent preferred) with a strong foundation in business operations.
• Prior experience in P&L management, contract negotiation, or logistics strategy is a plus.
