HelloFresh is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join our Performance Innovation Team and take charge of developing and executing assets (mostly video!) for our paid social channels. In this role, you will work closely with a copywriter, videographer, and editor to conceptualize and execute digital creative assets. Your primary focus will be creating compelling visual content for various paid social media platforms to engage our target audience and drive growth. Collaboration with the growth team counterparts will be essential to ensure our creatives align with the company's overall objectives and drive results.
This position will sit in our Brooklyn, NY Studio.
You Will…
- Conceptualize and develop visually captivating paid social assets (mostly video!) that align with the company's brand and objectives
- Collaborate with a copywriter to create strong and cohesive concepts that effectively communicate key messages
- Work closely with a videographer and editor, providing feedback both on set and in post-production
- Work with the Producer throughout the entire video production process, from storyboarding and location scouting to casting and directing talent
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production, design, and social media marketing to bring innovative ideas to the table
- Work closely with the growth team counterparts to understand campaign goals, target audience, and performance metrics, and ensure the video content aligns with these objectives
- Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all paid social video campaigns
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights for future campaigns
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality

At a minimum, you have...
- 5+ years’ experience as an Art Director at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production and art direction, with a focus on paid social campaigns
- Working knowledge of design softwares and a hands-on approach to the work
- Experience being on set, providing live feedback to stylists and videographers, as well as directing talent
- Ability to work on-site 4 days a week
- Experience in DTC or food and beverage is a major plus
- Proven experience working as an Art Director or in a similar creative role, preferably in the digital advertising or social media marketing industry
