Merger & Acquisition Finance and Compliance Manager

The Microsoft Acquisition and Venture Success (MAVS) purpose is to be a driving force to enable and protect Microsoft's strategic growth through acquisition/venture diligence and integration success. MAVS provides multi-disciplinary integration advisory services for all acquisitions and divestitures at Microsoft. We focus on comprehensive due diligence, integration planning, post-close implementation, and deal performance governance with insight, clarity, and adaptable solutions that align people, product, go-to-market, and operational processes. We focus on mitigating risks, building robust integration plans, and driving connection that ensure we can realize the value of each acquisition or venture.

Our MAVS Finance and Compliance team is responsible for driving the due diligence and integration/divestiture phases of the deal lifecycle within the finance and compliance workstreams.  As a Finance and Compliance Integration Manager, you will support this critical work to ensure compliant execution. This individual will have a demonstrated history of delivering projects end-to-end, from strategy formulation to execution, and have a track record of success in driving multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a team of fast-paced and dedicated finance and compliance professionals who are energized by collaboration and delivering in a dynamic environment. This opportunity will allow you to develop a deep understanding of M&A and work broadly across levels and businesses within Microsoft.
